Unprofessional customer service. I placed my order and paid, only to be informed after my money was taken that there would be a 20-minute wait. Customers should be given wait times prior to paying so they can decide whether or not they want to wait. Taking payment first and then surprising customers with a long wait—especially at a chain known for quick service—is poor communication

Ordered my pizza at 7 o’clock get to the store 20 minutes later and is not ready.. 7:57 and still wasn’t ready the wait was horrible and walk ins was getting they pizza before me and I only ordered 3 regular pepperoni absolutely crazy. Employees move absolutely slow like they don’t care..

Not going back until their quality control of food is established. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 6 pack of pizza bits and realized after getting home that everything was completely under cooked. ( I live an hour away)-not driving back. . I dont mean "slightly" either. When I say raw, i mean that the pizza bit dough had a longer pull then the cheese. NASTY. .I will also be contacting the health department because not a single employee had gloves on while handling food.

2nd time ive used this location (because the one closest to me I gave up pn)..... and NOW...... AFTER being instructed by the DISTRICT MGR on HOW to order the pizza I want and it will "come out right every time".... nope!!!! Thebgirl took upon herself to put it in as something else and therefore it was made wrong. AGAIN! I had to run into the target right there next to this location but told them Id be right back go ahead and make it.... THEY DIDN'T!!!!! NOW IM SITTING HERE WAITING ON THEM TO MAKE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this time I just got a pizza but normally I get those little pizza muffin things and I also order wings a lot but this time was just a pizza but Little Caesars really have some great deals. I mean, you really can't go wrong especially if you're tied on Cash. This is like the perfect place to eat and it is good.
